Description
This bowl starts with a base of local Steadfast Farms mixed greens, topped with caramelized onions and mushrooms, roasted butternut squash and celery root tossed with balsamic roasted brussels sprouts. We finish with a drizzle of olive oil & top with maple balsamic tempeh marinated with coconut aminos.
